The Technology Center. Staying close and current.

The Technology Center manages programs that ensure we stay close to the IT issues our customers face. It offers Ricoh customers a variety of technical forums, demonstrations, and opportunities to influence the product development process. Activities include:

Focus groups.These facilitated groups explore business process improvement barriers, solution requirements, and related IT challenges. The sessions provide valuable insights to application developers and product designers and allow testing of new solution concepts with knowledgeable users.

Site visits. These in-depth visits are focused on the needs of the enterprise customer who is preparing to implement a significant document management strategy. We can replicate the customer’s operating environment, demonstrating how solutions perform and how service and support capabilities complement internal IT resources.

Technology Advisory Council. By representing the ongoing technology interests of major Ricoh customers, this group helps guide future solution development.

Hardware optimization. The Technology Center can validate your critical performance requirements including operating systems, applications, document files and physical environment.

Software verification. To ensure the integration of Ricoh products and solutions are seamless, the Technology Center maintains a software verification laboratory that can replicate your existing infrastructure and simulate your applications.
