We were recognized as a Niche Player. According to the report, “Niche Players focus successfully on a small segment, or are unfocused and do not out-innovate or outperform others."²
In an adjacent report also released with the Magic Quadrant for Document Management, the 2024 Gartner Critical Capabilities for Document Management research states, “Document management tools are foundational for people, teams and organizations to collaborate and operationalize content-centric business processes. This research helps application leaders responsible for the digital workplace evaluate essential document management capabilities and vendor solutions.”³
DocuWare was explicitly commended for its repeatable solution and discrete operational use cases like accounts payable invoice processing, contract lifecycle management and other content-centric use cases.
