Eliminating inefficiencies in healthcare billing and claims drives revenue and patient satisfaction

View our infographic below for insights on inefficiencies in healthcare from our exclusive “Hospital Billing Study.”

62% of recent hospital patients say they would be more likely to seek healthcare when needed if billing and insurance claims processes took less time to navigate.¹

 Survey Method:
This survey was conducted online within the United States by The Harris Poll on behalf of Ricoh from November 10-14, 2022, among 2,064 U.S. adults ages 18 and older among who 1,628 are recent hospital patients (received hospital-based services in the past 5 years). The sampling precision of Harris online polls is measured by using a Bayesian credible interval. For this study, the sample data is accurate to within +/- 2.8 percentage points using a 95% confidence level.
