EXTON, PA, June 25, 2024Ricoh USA, Inc. today announced the launch of its fully managed on-site 3D-printing solution, RICOH All-In 3D Print. Designed to streamline the production of 3D-printed product prototypes and other additive manufacturing uses, this complete XaaS solution for additive manufacturing includes all the necessary components, such as state-of-the-art printing hardware, advanced 3D production software, specialized Ricoh labor, and essential supplies to propel businesses’ manufacturing capabilities forward with the power of rapid prototyping.

According to research, 93% of companies using 3D printing consider it a competitive advantage1, yet 41% of manufactures have indicated lack of talent as a roadblock to adopting 3D printing2. RICOH All-In 3D Print is designed to significantly accelerate the adoption of additive manufacturing, particularly for businesses who do not have the time and resources to create and operate an in-house 3D-printing lab. Ricoh’s solution is managed by highly trained on-site staff and supported remotely by specialists at the Ricoh Center for Additive Manufacturing at North Caroline State University, a cutting-edge 3D-printing facility at the forefront of additive manufacturing research and development.

Already recognized for its RICOH 3D for Healthcare solution, All-In 3D Print broadens the reach of Ricoh’s 3D-print expertise and service network to more industries with companies looking to advance their business through additive manufacturing. Providing superior response times, enhanced customization flexibility, and cost efficiencies compared to remote Service Bureau alternatives, businesses can now leverage the full benefits of 3D print with easy adoption to drive better product advancement and faster time-to-market. By outsourcing 3D-printing requirements to Ricoh’s team of experts, businesses are free to allocate their resources more efficiently, thus enhancing overall productivity and innovation.

"With one of the largest service networks in the country, RICOH All-In 3D Print removes the barriers and headaches that are commonly associated with implementing and managing an on-site 3D-printing operation," said Gary Turner, Managing Director, Additive Manufacturing, Ricoh USA, Inc.
